**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Standards Specialist to join our team at Arla Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technical standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical standards for Operator Asset Care and Continuous Improvement.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall efficiency.
  • Coach and train operators and technical operators on technical standards and Operator Asset Care.
  • Contribute to a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment.
  • Lead weekly Continuous Improvement meetings and own the analysis and tracking of asset maintenance data.
  • Ensure that improvement activities are quantified and reflected in the global Continuous Improvement database.
  • Develop and implement plans for improvement of technical reliability for our lines.
  • Own and develop Operator Asset Care standards and competence development in the Line Team.
  • Define, process confirm, and improve technical standards including Operator Asset Care.
  • Train and coach the Line Team to ensure performance according to technical standards.
  • Initiate and drive the correction of complex faults to ensure sustainable improvements.
  • Provide input to content and frequency of preventive maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Skilled technical education and/or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and data management.
