We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile £50 million cut and carve project in central London for a prestigious commercial developer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team in the delivery of the £50 million cut and carve scheme.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Manage client relationships, maintaining clear and regular communication.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale commercial construction projects, ideally with a value of £30 million or more.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Indepth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
- Experience working on cut and carve projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (CIOB, RICS, or equivalent).
