We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic Bid Central Team at Artelia UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and submission of high-quality bids to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Bid Team, including reviewing tender alert notifications and managing bid distribution.
- Contribute to the development of bid plans, ITT responses, and other submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain the bid library and information systems on SharePoint, ensuring seamless access to bid-related documents and information.
- Support the team with ad-hoc requests, including designing and formatting bid submissions, arranging delivery, and monitoring bid progress.
- Collaborate with the Bid Manager to ensure adherence to company bid processes and guidelines.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and senior staff.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of bid development and submission.
- Ability to respond flexibly to short-notice tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
