About the Position...

In the role of a Lead Power Platform Solutions Architect, you will leverage extensive expertise across the Power Platform to enhance our projects and client engagements. By employing a diverse range of technical and functional competencies, you will be equipped to develop applications, provide strategic advice, facilitate discussions, and promote the adoption of the Power Platform.

As part of a collaborative team on large-scale initiatives or independently for short-term projects, you will ensure that solutions align with the needs, goals, and objectives of our clients. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions, utilizing the comprehensive suite of Power Platform applications and beyond. You will define an end-to-end solution that fulfills the requirements, incorporating the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and Dynamics 365. Our consultants maintain a strong emphasis on DevOps methodologies, which are crucial for delivering enterprise-level solutions.

Your Responsibilities...

  • Recognize user requirements and cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Direct the design, development, and execution of Power Platform solutions to fulfill user needs within a project team.
  • Serve as a technical expert, creating high-quality applications, both model-driven and canvas, alongside enterprise-scale Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions.
  • Comprehend governance principles and provide guidance on best practices to empower every Power Platform developer.
  • Develop solutions as part of an agile team utilizing declarative tools, supported by Microsoft and our proprietary technical accelerators. You will engage in teams that adhere to software engineering best practices and contribute to the solution design.

Your Qualifications and Experience...

  • A genuine enthusiasm for the Power Platform, along with a solid understanding of its technologies, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Practical experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams in the context of implementing Power Platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in establishing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), preferably using Azure DevOps.
  • A commitment to and familiarity with industry standards and best practices when designing and constructing solutions within the Power Platform.
  • A focus on achieving positive outcomes for our clients, regardless of their scale.
  • Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies, collaborating within teams in a commercial setting.
