In this position, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and execution of solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform suite. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will interpret business needs and convert them into robust and efficient solutions. This role demands a solid combination of technical prowess and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Location: Primarily remote with occasional travel.

Compensation: Competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and tailor applications leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Produce and sustain technical documentation, encompassing solution design documents, workflows, and user manuals.
  • Create and implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, providing continuous support and maintenance for implemented solutions.

Required Experience:

  • Proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Web API.
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/deployment practices.
  • Approximately 3-4 years of practical experience with Power Portals and Pages.
  • Knowledge of Scrum project delivery methodologies.
