As a Lead Power Platform Architect, you will leverage extensive expertise across the Power Platform to enhance our projects and serve our clients effectively. With a blend of technical acumen and functional insight, you will design applications, provide strategic guidance, facilitate discussions, and promote the adoption of the Power Platform.

Collaborating on large-scale initiatives or independently managing short-term projects, you will ensure that solutions align with the objectives and requirements of our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions, utilizing the comprehensive suite of Power Platform applications and beyond. You will define holistic solutions that fulfill client specifications, incorporating the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and Dynamics 365. Our Architects also emphasize DevOps methodologies, which are crucial for delivering enterprise-level solutions.

Your Responsibilities...

  • Assess user requirements and cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions tailored to user needs within a collaborative team environment.
  • Act as a technical authority, creating high-quality applications, both model-driven and canvas, along with enterprise-scale Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions.
  • Comprehend governance principles and provide counsel on best practices to empower every Power Platform developer.
  • Develop solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, supported by Microsoft and our proprietary technical accelerators. You will participate in teams that adhere to software engineering best practices and contribute to solution design.

Your Qualifications and Expertise...

  • A genuine enthusiasm for the Power Platform, including its technologies, capabilities, and an understanding of its limitations.
  • Practical experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams in the context of implementing Power Platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in establishing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), preferably using Azure DevOps.
  • A commitment to industry standards and best practices when designing and constructing solutions within the Power Platform.
  • A focus on achieving positive outcomes for our clients, regardless of their scale.
  • Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies, collaborating within teams in a commercial setting.
