Position: Client Services Representative
Location: Hull
Salary: £28,592 - £30,097 annually
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We are looking for a Client Services Representative to become a part of our dedicated Client Services team. This team is responsible for addressing complaints received from clients, Members of Parliament, and regulatory bodies. The role will focus on managing initial complaints from clients and inquiries from regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing client complaints until resolution is achieved
- Coordinating necessary actions to address complaints, keeping clients informed both verbally and in writing
- Meeting deadlines and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying opportunities for enhancements and confidently proposing improvements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is essential, preferably managing incoming calls
- Ability to handle various types of inquiries with empathy and understanding, especially in challenging situations
- Experience in delivering timely and high-quality resolutions to clients
- Competence in extracting and analyzing data from databases
- Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining composure
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively, while also collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- A positive mindset, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills
