About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at KYN, a brand-new care home company focused on delivering exceptional care and hospitality. As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Experience: Support the Home Manager in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, delivering exceptional experiences for residents and their families, and overseeing the Concierge Team to maintain high levels of hospitality excellence.
  • Administration: Manage day-to-day home administration duties, including admission and enquiry paperwork, update and maintain accurate databases, and ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Finance and Reporting: Support the Home Manager and Head Office Finance team with financial tasks, including producing admission paperwork, updating income processing, and managing resident payments.
  • People and Culture: Support the Head Office People and Culture team with tasks such as managing Workable, creating rosters, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
About You

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of delivering high standards, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will have experience in a similar role within a care home or 5-star hospitality venue and be able to adapt your service style to engage with each individual resident and their families.
