Job Summary:

Pivotal London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of account managers and developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Group Directors and New Business Leads to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and growth within your team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise
  • Manage the commercial output and growth opportunities within your team, ensuring that we are delivering value to our clients and driving business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior account management or leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and interpret financial data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
