Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere for our clientele, enhancing their overall experience with our brand. You will be a self-driven team player with a vibrant personality, showcasing outstanding communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the retail space.
- Engage customers with passion, delivering a distinctive shopping experience.
- Articulate the brand narrative to customers and provide tailored fitting assistance to help them find their ideal size.
- Achieve sales goals by meeting established KPIs and targets.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in selecting their perfect sneakers, including details on features, construction, fit, pricing, and aftercare.
- Maintain the store's appearance by adhering to visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall aesthetic.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate daily stock requirements with the team.
- Assist with basic administrative duties as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Adopt a flexible, hands-on approach, providing support across various locations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within premium footwear brands or retail environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to independently manage and operate the retail space during weekdays.
- Familiarity with modern mobile POS systems (including contactless payments).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
