About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Accurately process customer orders, manage stock, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
