About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Accurately process customer orders, manage finance applications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ScS products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions and offers.
