Job Title: End Point Assessor – Hospitality (Front of House)

This exciting role offers a unique chance to transition to a new and fulfilling career within the training industry. As an End Point Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the skills and knowledge of Apprentices completing Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct End Point Assessments, scheduling activities, marking, grading, and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
  • Ensure timely completion of necessary administration, processing data and supplying it in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of End Point Assessment, vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards, and evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Participate in standardisation and training activities.
  • Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers, or Delivery Teams, responding to queries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Solid, occupational competency at supervisory level or above (Front of House) - ideally within a hotel setting (e.g. Front Office / Housekeeping / Events).
  • Ideal candidates hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
  • Must be IT literate – training will be provided on company systems.
  • Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Flexibility with travel is essential.
