- Acting as an effective support conduit between on-site Residential Aged Care Managers and Corporate Head Office functions.
- Drive achievement of all Facility compliance standards such as Accreditation, WHS and Hospitality Standards.
- Support Residential Aged Care Managers with management of financial KPIs, commercial reporting around occupancy, recruitment, AN-ACC and workforce requirements.
- Supporting Residential Aged Care Managers to manage financial results within non-wage costs (e.g. medical and catering expenses).
- Lead and support with SIRS reporting and investigations.
- Implementation and monitoring of non-clinical initiatives and standards.
- Successfully support and lead teams through change management processes.
- Work collaboratively with all levels of care home staff through complex processes.
- Support Residential Aged Care Managers to resolve resident, family and consumer feedback.
- Support the Regional Manager with key operational role recruitment.
- Lead projects / Support sites throughout the region.
- Support homes with COVID/Outbreak response.
- Provide on call support to Home leaders per the Escalation procedure.
- Consistently demonstrate and role-model a high performance, outcome-focused approach.
- Contribute to business strategic planning as required.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading and driving successful change implementation across aged care.
- Demonstrated influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and possesses a consistent customer-first approach.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and strong track record of driving change and compliance.
- Exceptional team building skills, including the demonstrated capability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to prioritise workloads and manage high value projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of funding, health/aged care national policy and regulation that affects growth.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of quantitative data and qualitative data, highly developed analytical, communication and critical thinking skills.
