About the Role

As a Senior Conveyancing Executive, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions, providing expert legal guidance to clients and third-parties, and contributing to the development of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions
  • Respond to clients and third-parties on technical legal enquiries
  • Contribute to the development of the department, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track-record of Conveyancing processes and an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice.
