Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our operations and drive growth across global markets. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive profitability and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability across global markets.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients, particularly in international markets.
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events, including the Royal Windsor Horse Show and the London International Horse Show.
  • Market Expansion: Drive the company's expansion into new markets, with a focus on the Far East, and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
  • Commercial Viability: Oversee the commercial imperatives of the company, including sponsorship, hospitality, retail units, and public admissions, ensuring strong relationship management with key clients.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of events and services.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance to meet financial goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse and established team, maintaining and growing the culture of excellence and innovation within the group.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within a large event and venue management company or similar.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing international operations and expansion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the board and senior management team.
  • Passion for delivering world-class events and services.
