We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care services and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of care staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct assessments of residents' needs and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and review care plans regularly to ensure they reflect residents' changing needs and preferences.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Contribute to budget management and resource optimization to meet the needs of the care home.
- Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the care home, encouraging teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
- Lead by example in delivering person-centered care and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a residential care setting.
