Join Expleo as a Composite Structures Engineer
In this role, you will:
- Focus on the application of composite materials in both primary and secondary structural engineering.
- Design and detail composite structures to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with experts, manufacturing units, and external partners to identify and resolve engineering challenges.
- Ensure that composite structure designs align with project specifications.
- Create model-based definitions of composite components adhering to aerospace regulations.
- Work towards efficiently achieving Means of Compliance standards.
- Propose alternative solutions when necessary.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Aircraft Structures.
- Practical experience in the development of composite structures.
- In-depth understanding of composite design utilizing various materials and techniques.
- Expertise in CATIA V5 Solid Modeling, Surfacing, Composite Workbench, and Siemens NX.
- Familiarity with FiberSIM, Composite development, CEE, and ACEE workbenches.
- Knowledge of PLM Teamcenter.
Experience:
- Experience in certifying designs to aerospace standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
