Sales and Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Retention Advisor to join our team at Search Consultancy in Leeds. As a Sales and Retention Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion by securing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed expected targets by securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
- Meet minimum daily call KPI targets.
- Make inbound and outbound telephone calls to customers and businesses to establish a strong working relationship.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a professional environment.
- Experience of working with a CRM system is desirable.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Free onsite parking.
- 25 days holiday, with an office shutdown at Christmas.
