We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Retention Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and achieving minimum daily call KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed expected targets by securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
  • Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with Business Development Executives.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.

  • 1 year experience in telesales (insurance especially).
