Packaging Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Sales Account Manager to join our expanding online sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead identification to closure.
Your primary focus will be on understanding the needs of our customers and working closely with our designers and product teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will proactively engage with potential customers through various channels, maintain accurate customer information, and optimize the sales process to drive lead conversion.
As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment. This includes building strong relationships, addressing customer queries, and aligning with our team's goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial drive, curiosity, and willingness to innovate and disrupt existing models. Key requirements include:
- Experience with inbound and outbound call campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in a similar role within an e-commerce merchant environment
- Experience working with large product scope databases and technical products
- Knowledge of the Packaging market, ideally with prior experience working for a Packaging merchant
