Internal Account Manager - Packaging

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our packaging organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a set portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Evaluate and convert sales leads into orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Translate client needs into actionable business solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver results
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers, maintaining pricing levels to optimize sales and margin
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the packaging industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions
  • Knowledge of the packaging merchanting industry and e-commerce landscape, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
