Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Grants and Donor Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, overseeing key relationships, and driving the strategic growth and development of our partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key associates, third-party service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Administer client financial transactions, manage account statements, and ensure clear communication with clients.
- Oversee the vetting and recording of new payees, contractors, and grant recipients.
- Monitor and assess project reports to ensure effective stewardship of donations.
- Contribute to the development of strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive the continued success of charitable initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record in donor and grants management.
- Passion for philanthropy and a strong understanding of UK charitable law and Charity Commission regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at JSS Search.
