Senior Grants Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious fundraiser to join our Fundraising and Communications Team as a Senior Grants Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering income from a range of donors and prospects, with a focus on trusts and foundations, through the overall management and growth of a successful grants pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with trusts and foundations, identifying new opportunities and securing funding for the Helen Bamber Foundation.
- Manage and grow a successful grants pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality applications and reports.
- Collaborate with the Head of Fundraising and Grants Manager to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Support the development of a comprehensive fundraising plan, including prospect research and donor stewardship.
- Contribute to the development of fundraising materials, including proposals, reports, and case studies.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and experienced fundraiser who has a proven track record of securing income from trusts and foundations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of the charity sector and a passion for the work of the Helen Bamber Foundation.
