Your Role

This position is situated in the southern region, allowing for collaboration with the Housing team. We are embracing new working methods, including hybrid arrangements that enable you to balance your time between home and the office. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities Teams, with potential assistance to other departments as needed.

In this capacity, you will deliver a comprehensive administrative service to the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement Team. You will provide guidance and information to both internal and external customers via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update IT systems and tenancy records.
  • Log and investigate customer complaints.
  • Engage with customers and internal departments to facilitate high-quality service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in administrative functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A background in customer service.

As part of our commitment to safer recruitment, a Basic DBS check is required for this position.
