Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

We are pleased to be representing a well-established law firm based in Cambridgeshire, who are seeking a talented and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Advise clients on the buying and selling process, including freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
  • Ensure that all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality service throughout.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
Benefits:
  • Salary up to £60,000 based on experience.
  • 33 days holiday per annum, inclusive of bank holidays.
  • Office closure between Christmas and New Year.

  • Statutory workplace pension with a 3% employer contribution.
