We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Gap Construction. As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the technical delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all technical outputs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all technical queries and provide expert guidance to project teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices and innovative solutions in construction methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role in the residential development sector.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, planning processes, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Project Management tools).
