Job Description: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying new prospects for LEAP's innovative legal software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with potential clients through targeted outreach via phone and email
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to generate qualified leads and nurture relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system
  • Consistently strive to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment in all client interactions
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in outbound lead generation, preferably within the software or legal industry
  • A strong track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proactive approach to work
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
