About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at LEAP Legal Software. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business prospects through research and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
