Position Overview

As a Business Analyst at Axiom Software Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs. Your expertise will guide our projects to success by ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined and met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a degree with relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate a solid history in business analysis, particularly within technical or software development projects, ideally in financial or regulatory environments.
  • Engage in technical infrastructure enhancement initiatives.
  • Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies effectively.
  • Develop and refine operating models tailored for specific projects or programs.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management capabilities across various levels of the organization.
  • Navigate large groups of stakeholders through uncertain project landscapes.
  • Apply expertise in business process development, particularly using BPMN 2.0.
  • Employ strong problem-solving and influencing abilities.
  • Gather and document business and solution requirements through diverse techniques.
  • Provide both functional and technical guidance to Technology teams.
  • Maintain awareness of project complexities and their technical implications.
  • Possess business insight and a swift understanding of the business context.
  • Facilitate workshops utilizing a range of business analysis methodologies.
Desirable Experience

Experience in at least two of the following areas is preferred:

  • SharePoint migration
  • Email modernization
  • Telephony upgrades
  • Data management, including data journeys, analysis, integration, and migration
  • Supporting scaled Agile methodologies within Waterfall frameworks
  • Certification in Agile DevOps
  • Understanding of project management, resource allocation, and time management
