About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at JSS Transform. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our human resources solutions to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure and optimize SuccessFactors functionalities, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment modules.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring that SuccessFactors implementations support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, trainings, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth system implementation and adoption.
  • Work closely with project managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment) experience.
  • Ability to analyze data, create detailed documentation, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field preferred.
