We are seeking a highly organized and focused Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our developers, analysts, and business users in the delivery of new software implementations.
About the Role
- Work as part of a small, Agile IT Implementation team to deliver business solutions across various departments.
- Collaborate with customers to validate solutions and ensure user requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the development team.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of software implementations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Between 2-4 years' experience in a similar Business Analyst role, carrying out business analysis-related activities or proven test engineering experience.
- Experience of working with developers in an Agile environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to implement business solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex business problems.
- Strong documentation and requirements experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Technical Requirements
- High reliability and conscientiousness, thorough documenting skills.
- Good understanding and grasp of information technology.
- Experience using modeling languages such as UML and BPMN.
- Perform UAT new releases.
- Gain an understanding of the current operational procedures, including all the input/outputs within the existing architectural data landscape.
- Some exposure to at least one programming language.
