SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Newham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work 1:1 with autistic children in KS2
  • Support a variety of key children with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with a skilled and dedicated SEN team
  • Benefit from great leadership from the SENCO and SLT
Requirements:
  • Experience working with autism in primary schools
  • Long-term role for the academic year and ideally into next year
  • Techniques for communicating with non-verbal children or willingness to develop skills in this area
