Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our UK Maritime engineering team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, collaborating with colleagues, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to deliver multi-discipline projects.
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions for complex projects.
  • Manage and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Chartered level of experience in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to develop and implement sustainable solutions for complex projects.
