Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Café & Bar Manager to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café and bar outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of 5 to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all areas of the café and bar.
  • Work closely with our events team to deliver successful events and functions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
