Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Young's Pubs. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a high standard of presentation and hygiene.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of drinks, including cocktails and other beverages.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of drinks and beverages, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
