Fleet Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and operation of our company's fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and maintain data records within spreadsheets and systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to client queries.
  • Manage vehicle service, maintenance, MOT, Tax, and V5 records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Process driving for work applications and conduct employee driving license checks, adhering to company policy and procedures.
  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduled service and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring optimal fleet performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Analyze information on mileage, fuel costs, service schedules, and maintenance histories to inform fleet management decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Fleet Administration, preferably with a focus on vehicle maintenance and logistics.
  • Previous experience in managing client orders and processing invoices, with a strong understanding of financial procedures.
  • Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office, including Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
