Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to take on the role of Client Support Manager. This position involves delivering personalized care and assistance to our service users, ensuring their needs are met with respect and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to oversee the operational management and quality assurance of our services.
- Engage with Social Services and other relevant stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Foster a supportive environment that empowers clients and involves their families in the care process.
- Provide assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, and help clients access educational and social opportunities.
- Utilize your personal interests and skills to enhance the lives of those we support, whether through sports, arts, music, or culinary activities.
Work Schedule: The role includes a combination of management duties in the office and direct support shifts, with flexibility in the division of time.
Qualifications: Previous experience in managing or providing services for older adults, particularly those with dementia or memory challenges, is essential. A compassionate, person-centered approach is a must.
Additional Information: Full training will be provided, along with opportunities to pursue a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days of leave, along with company-paid enhanced DBS checks.
