Key Aspects
  • Develop and implement comprehensive investment plans and regulatory recovery strategies to drive IT and business portfolio growth.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leadership to define North Star vision and transformational programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory commitments.
  • Establish and maintain portfolio governance standards, processes, and routines to ensure consistent and transparent views.
  • Manage and track key outcomes associated with programs, including variance, issue, and risk management.
  • Provide regulatory expertise and support to the organization, including preparation and submission of regulatory reporting packs and regulatory re-opener submissions.
Key Accountabilities

This role requires strong leadership, relationship, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing holistic executive-level portfolio and program tracking and reporting, as well as developing and maintaining productive, trusted relationships with customers and regulators.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Technology Management with emphasis on technology investment plans and regulatory recovery strategy and system design.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in services organization, with governance, portfolio planning and management, process oversight, and reporting/analytics responsibilities.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct government or regulatory experience, preferably in an electric or gas utility environment.
