The Role

The Group Accountant will play a pivotal role in preparing the Group's annual statutory accounts. You will deliver the monthly consolidated accounts to statutory standards and build strong relationships with the company's external auditors to ensure the annual audit is completed on time.

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA/ACCA-qualified individual, whether you're a first-time mover from practice or a financial accountant seeking career progression in a fast-paced, growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly Group consolidated accounts to statutory standards.
  • Provide bi-weekly consolidated cash flow reports to the Group FD.
  • Supply information to the Group's insurers and lead that process.
  • Interact with tax advisors.
  • Proactively manage all relationships with key credit insurers for the Group.
  • Deliver monthly management accounts for the holding companies to the Group FD.
  • Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliation process.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

What We Offer

  • A salary of circa £55,000.
  • Hybrid working, with three days a week in the Gloucester office.
