Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and documenting deliveries of loan equipment
  • Meticulously inspecting instrument sets and prosthetics
  • Promptly communicating with Clinical Nurse Specialists and Company representatives regarding any discrepancies
  • Documenting missing items post-procedure for accurate records
  • Coordinating with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of loan equipment for upcoming procedures
  • Efficiently managing procurement processes
  • Maintaining physical activity due to the nature of the role

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Previous experience in Materials management, preferably with medical surgical products or equipment
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in IT systems
