Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at 27 Talent. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for forging relationships with high-calibre professionals in the FinTech industry, generating new business, and sourcing candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the FinTech industry
  • Generate new business opportunities through business development and networking
  • Sourcing candidates through proactive headhunting and networking
  • Communicate and interview candidates to establish position suitability
  • Sell to both candidates and clients throughout the sales process
  • Deal with salary brackets from £80,000 - £700,000
  • Closing deals and earning commission

Requirements:

  • Degree 2.1 or higher from a Top University (or excellent sales experience)
  • Natural communicator
  • Financially driven
  • Extremely ambitious
  • Competitive flair

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £25,000 increasing to £30,000 after 12 months
