Position Overview:
As the Maintenance Team Supervisor, you will:
- Possess a solid understanding of facility upkeep and repair.
- Oversee maintenance initiatives while adhering to the quality standards of the hotel.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure all essential maintenance and repair tasks are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and perform regular safety and maintenance evaluations throughout the hotel to foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all staff, guests, and visitors.
- Lead and guide team members in their daily responsibilities, offering direction and assistance as necessary.
- Monitor contractors on-site to guarantee compliance with legal and organizational standards.
