Job Summary

We're looking for a Paid Media Executive to support our growing paid media function in delivering best-in-class ads across the Teemill brand and the brands we partner with.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the paid media team in delivering multi-platform digital strategies to facilitate business growth objectives.
  • Manage six-figure annual media budgets.
  • Optimize existing paid media campaigns to drive results (ROI & CPA targets) across a mix of paid channels (including search, shopping, social, display, and video).
  • Identify new paid media strategies, trends, and opportunities, while upholding best practices across channels.
  • Set up new accounts and build new campaigns across search and social channels, including keyphrase research, writing ad copy, and audience selection.
  • Monitor and optimize keywords, search term analysis, and competitor research.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify new opportunities for campaigns across the business.
  • Report from platform as well as interactive Google Looker Studio reports & GA4.
  • Report to relevant stakeholders and share learnings within the ads function, and share campaign ideas and results with some of our client partners.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing ad accounts and building, optimizing, and managing paid media campaigns across a range of platforms (search/shopping and Meta required), ideally within an agency environment.
  • Experience working across both B2C ecommerce and B2B lead gen accounts is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with budgets upwards of £100k - or excited about the prospect of working with larger budgets.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and analyzing large datasets.
  • Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize between multiple competing projects.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Drive, passion, and willingness to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing world of paid media.
  • Passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
