Job Summary

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to support our growing paid media function in delivering best-in-class ads across the Rapanui brand and our partner brands. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of all paid media activity, including Google Ads, Microsoft, and Meta, across both B2B and B2C channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of all paid media activity, including Google Ads, Microsoft, and Meta, across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Conduct analysis of account performance on a biweekly basis and ensure quarterly business reviews are completed.
  • Contribute to account growth by suggesting new store opportunities and efficiencies to workflows.
  • Manage multi-platform digital strategies to support business growth objectives.
  • Manage £1.5m+ annual media budgets and spend.
  • Optimise existing paid media campaigns to drive results (ROI & CPA targets) across a mix of paid channels (including search, shopping, social, display, and video).
  • Set up new accounts and build new campaigns with best-in-class creative across search and social channels, including writing ad copy and guiding creative testing strategy.
  • Manage and maintain Google Merchant Centre, housing multiple, multi-currency feed sub-accounts.
  • Identify new paid media strategies, trends, and opportunities, while also upholding and defining best practices across channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Analyse data and trends to identify new opportunities for campaigns across the business.
  • Build and report from interactive Google Looker Studio reports and GA4.
  • Report and analysis of key campaign and creative performance to drive decision-making and constant improvement on a biweekly and quarterly cadence.
  • Report to relevant stakeholders and share learnings within the ads function, and share campaign ideas and results with some of our partner brands.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading accounts and building, optimising, and managing paid media campaigns across a range of platforms (search/shopping and Facebook required), ideally in an agency environment.
  • Comfortable working with budgets upwards of £100k.
  • Experience working across B2C ecommerce and B2B lead gen accounts.
  • Experience building and maintaining Google Merchant Centre accounts.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and analysing large datasets.
  • Experience using tracking and reporting tools (including GA4), Google Looker Studio, and a solid understanding of attribution modelling.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise between multiple competing projects.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Drive, passion, and willingness to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing world of paid media.
  • Passion for sustainability and the circular economy.

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience coaching and developing other team members would be an advantage.
  • Experience running cross-border and multilingual campaigns is a bonus.
  • Experience of LinkedIn, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, Spotify, and Snapchat is a bonus.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager is also beneficial.

  • University degree 2:1 or above in Business/Marketing related field.
