About the Role:

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled PV Design Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with our Operations Director on various projects across residential, education, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and complete design packages for project proposals from clients, including tenders.
  2. Complete grid connection applications, connection surgeries, and engage with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) throughout the project.
  3. Undertake initial yield assessments of potential solar sites, including data analysis to determine array size and layout.
  4. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement solar PV and battery storage systems that meet project specifications.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in solar PV design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs. You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
