Pharmacy Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Services Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Co-op. As a Pharmacy Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing health advice and services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations.
- Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
- Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
- Assist with sales and general store duties, including creating product displays and cash transactions.
We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with both patients and colleagues. You will need to demonstrate an upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients.
