We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Beckside. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, bathing, and toileting.
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and other activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.

Requirements
