Key Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Executive to join our team at Reed. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
