Finitas is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Consultant to join our team. As a Compliance Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's compliance with relevant insurance regulations and providing strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and enhance compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to insurance laws and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory issues and offer strategic advice to senior management regarding compliance risks and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to implement best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven compliance experience within financial services (preferably within insurance).

  • Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory information to senior management and stakeholders.
